6.What if I'm not home?

Depending on the nation and delivery method you select, a new delivery will be made the next day if you are not home, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

7. How much will i pay as shipping cost?

Shipping cost is totally free. No cost.

8. What's the name of products delivery carriers?

To deliver the product, we use carriers from DHL Express, UPS and USPS. There are no shipping fees included.

9. What will happen when delivery package is damaged in transit?

If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service.

10. How many days do you have a product return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

11. What are the conditions for returning the products?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
